Its beginnings date back to the late 19th century when Don José Carrasco Zanini, the great-grandfather of notary Felipe Carrasco Zanini Ávila Camacho, was granted the notary license by the then President of the Republic, Don Porfirio Díaz. During his long career of over fifty years as a notary, he stood out as the president of the College of Notaries of the Federal District during the biennium between 1929 and 1930.
Subsequently, in 1946, Felipe Carrasco Zanini, the grandfather of notary Felipe Carrasco Zanini Ávila Camacho, obtained the notary patent number 83 of the Federal District, becoming one of the first people to access the notary profession by passing the opposition exam. Don Felipe practiced the notarial function until 1986 when he retired.
On May 4, 1972, José Felipe Carrasco Zanini Rincón obtained the notary patent number 138 of the Federal District, also by succeeding in the opposition exam. From that moment, he worked as an associate in the protocol of Notary Three, of which his father was the owner until 1986 when they exchanged patents. José Felipe Carrasco Zanini Rincón practiced the notarial function until October 10, 2020, the date of his passing.
Felipe Carrasco Zanini Ávila Camacho began his notarial practices in 2004, and in 2019, he obtained the aspiring notary patent for Mexico City. Subsequently, on June 20, 2023, Felipe Carrasco Zanini Ávila Camacho succeeded in the opposition exam for the position of Notary 185 in Mexico City.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in Law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, where he graduated with honors. He also pursued studies in Economics at the same Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
In 2019, he obtained the license as a Notary Apprentice in Mexico City, and in 2023, he received the license as the Holder of Notary Public Number 185 in Mexico City.
